You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to abide by the Site's code of conduct, which prohibits:

• Harassment, bullying, or discrimination against other users.
• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting vulnerabilities in the Site or associated games.
• Posting or sharing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMX eSports Tournaments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Site or participation in tournaments or events.

SMX eSports Tournaments reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
